- One coral per viewport. Coral = live, primary, load-bearing. Never decorative.
- No pure black. Ink is #1A1D22. Pure #000 reads cheap.
- Glass requires texture behind it. Don't put glass on solid canvas — it disappears.
- NDOT is machine-speaking. Use it for things the computer is announcing. Never for prose.
- Motion is mechanical. Spring 0.35 / 0.82. No bounces, no overshoots.
- The rep comes first. Every UX decision asks: “does this help or hurt the 7-second door decision?”
