• Is 2% actually cheaper than $40/seat?

  For most teams, yes. A 50-rep team paying $40/seat/mo is at $2,000 every month whether anyone knocks or not. On Knockhaus you pay 2% of the commissions that actually move — so a slow month costs you nothing, and a big month still lands in the same ballpark after fee. Teams with very high average commission per rep (>$6k/mo paid through) may find per-seat pricing cheaper; for most home-services teams, 2% wins by a wide margin.
• What happens to my data if I leave?

  You can export everything — pins, contracts, commissions, chat history, training content — as structured JSON + PDFs, one click in the admin console. Exports stay available for 30 days after you cancel. After that we delete, except where law requires us to retain billing records (7 years for U.S. tax).
• How does offline work? What happens if a rep loses signal?

  The iOS app is offline-first for the hot path — knocks, notes, pin drops, and disposition updates are written locally first, then synced when signal returns. The rep sees zero spinner at the door. On reconnect, our sync engine merges by last-write- wins with an audit trail; conflicts are rare and surface in the rep's activity feed for review.
• Do you support SSO, SCIM, or SAML?

  Not today. They're on the roadmap, not the ship schedule — which means we don't have a date we'll commit to publicly. If you need it to close an internal security review, email sales@knockhaus.app — a design-partner deal is the fastest way to move it up.
• How do you handle the TCPA for SMS cadences?

  Every cadence-SMS send requires explicit consent captured per recipient before we queue it, an always-present STOP handler, and time-of-day windows you configure per state. We log consent provenance for audit. That said, you're the sender on paper — so the AUP puts you on the hook for compliance with the jurisdictions your reps operate in.
• What CRMs do you integrate with?

  Today: one-way CSV import + a REST API for pushing contracts to a destination system. Native bidirectional integrations with Salesforce / HubSpot / monday are on the roadmap without a public ship date. See the changelog for what actually exists today.
• Are you SOC 2 compliant?

  No — we are not SOC 2 certified today, and we don't have a third-party attestation to send. The security pagelays out the controls we run and what we don't. If your procurement team needs something specific, email security@knockhaus.app and we'll fill out your questionnaire honestly.
• Why should I trust a 2026 startup with my payroll?

  You shouldn't, exclusively. Commissions route through Stripe Connect — Stripe is the regulated money-mover, we're the logic layer. Every commission calc has a full trace a rep can read. Every payout is reversible for 24 hours via the standard Stripe dispute flow. And because all export is one click, leaving is cheap.
